Coming out is good for your health

Lesbians, gays and bisexuals who are out to others have been found to have lower stress hormone levels and fewer symptoms of stress and burnout, according to a new study from the Université de Montréal.

This could be true. Once you are out in the open, you simply do not care anymore what other people might think of you. People might still bully you but at least you know who you are and you do not anymore care what others would say about you. "Dead ma"!
